What’s next after “The Devil Wears Prada” ?

Universal Studios purchased rights for putting on screen the novel “Chasing Harry Winston”, wrote by Lauren Weisberger. The movie should be directed by Andy Tennant, which realized “Fool’s Gold” and the comedy which has as main personage Will Smith, “Hitch”. Producers will be from Mandalay Pictures.

Based on Weisberger’s novel, the script will be written by Gina Wendkos (“Jersey Girl”, “Coyote Ugly”) and presents the story of three young girls which swear to change their life into a better one and the movie will base more on the story of one the three girls.

This novel is the 3^rd bestseller of the author. He wrote “The Devil Wears Prada” which was sent to screen in 2006 and had Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway in center of movie. Certainly another novel of same author, “Everyone Worth Knowing” will go on screens.
