Robocop back to life !

MGM studios representatives confirmed rumors which say that Darren Aronofsky (“Requiem for a Dream”) will take care of future project “Robocop”. He will take care of stage direction and for movie’s scenery studio representatives called David Self (“Road to perdition” or “God of War”).

“Darren is undoubtedly one of most talented, original and intelligent cineaste, and David one of the biggest scenery making from Hollywood. We are all very pleased”, said Mary Parent, MGM president.

“Robocop”, launched in 1987 and directed by Paul Verhoeven, was one of most successful movie in all times. Peter Weller was the actor that entered “Robocop” skin and bought the machinery to life. Movie was designated to receive two Oscar awards.
