The ones from Universal Pictures launched the official site of The Wolfman movie. If the intention was to synchronize its debut with a full moon, we can’t be sure, but it surely makes a good impression for the public. The site contains a synopsis of the movie, clips of all kinds, sections from Lycanthropy and Universal Monster Legacy (feel free to see what those are), images from the movie, and a lot of other gothic surprises (maybe not a “lot”, but those are more than enough to get you prepared for this movie so much long expected).

Directed by Joe Johnston, with Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt, Hugo Weaving and Art Malik in its distribution, The Wolfman will appear on 12 February 2010.

Here we got a false impression, and both of them, after 23 years of apparently indestructible marriage, broke up.

The information was launched by Teal Cannady publication, which wasn’t very explicit, so we don’t know too many things “behind the scene” of this dramatic (or not?) event. Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins, which met during the filming of Bull Durham, in 1988, have two children together.

Although the two actors never got married, they equaled with elegance the category of couples that although don’t do the big final step in an official and ceremonial way, seem to resist all sorts of problems. Just like Kurt Russel and Goldie Hawn.

You can watch Sarandon in The Lovely Bones, last movie with Peter Jackson’s signature. Concerning Robbins, City of Ember was the last movie where he acted.

Cameron stated that everyone that couldn’t see the material at Comic Con, will be able to watch 15 minutes from movie on 21 August. The presentation takes place in all IMAX and 3D cinematographs in entire world.

Until then, 20^th Century Fox launched for the first time a set of pictures from Avatar.

Avatar is the story of a veteran warrior and is sent to create a human colony on a far Planet called suggestive Pandora. The scope of this camp is to extract and use as much as they can from the numerous mineral resources of the planet. After a series of events that show who is really on the justice part, he joins the fight on the locals part Na’vi, fighting against people.

The natives have a very interesting propriety. They can use human bodies, taking this way their look and using them as avatars.

Avatar can be seen starting with 19 December 2009 on cinematographs.

Looking at a sequel of the movie, Downey said : “The movie will get money but probably will not be as good as first one”.

For his role in “Tropic Thunder”, Robert Downey Jr. received nominations for Oscar Awars and Golden Globes.

The movie had returns of almost 200 millions of dollars.

In its distribution we can find Jack Black, Ben Stiller and Nick Nolte.

Filming is programmed to begin in March 2009. Swift’s book was put on screen in 1996, for television which had in main role on Ted Danson.

Jack Black could be seen recently in the comedy “Tropic Thunder”, in which he plays with Robert Downey Jr. and Ben Stiller.

Motion pictures themselves were first made by employees of Thomas Edison’s laboratories in New Jersey, which led to the area dominating the movie industry during the first 15 years of its inception. Hollywood wasn’t a major player in the industry until 1918 when the place became home to as many as 20 different movie studios such as Columbia, Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, MGM and its contemporaries.

As for the first movie itself, the first motion picture is a celluloid recording of a sneeze. It was recorded using a new camera called the Kinetograph in 1893, which was invented by an assistant for Edison’s laboratories named William Kennedy Laurie Dickinson. The Kinetograph was then attached to a device called a Kinetoscope, which allows a single viewer to watch the film loop using a peephole. This was a very crude means of watching movies, and it wasn’t until April 1894, when the first Kinetoscope parlor was opened in New York, that movies became commercially viable. It took 10 more years before new technology allowed movies to be projected onto screens that can be viewed by multiple people, and thus, the moviemaking industry is up and running.

Made of Honor, a harmless and fresh movie seems to be the best choice when we think of this month apparition.

After Katherine Heigl, Patrick Dempsey is the second protagonist of Grey’s Anatomy, his career at Hollywood starts to flourish on with help of this TV series. Even if he is the star in Made of Honor, the one that attracts all eyes to her is Michelle Monaghan, eternal “good girl”, which we saw close to Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible III, or close to Ben Stiller in The Heartbreak Kid.

Made of Honor is a romantic comedy without any glitters and with very predictable action, but with a charismatic couple. Made of Honor uses the old receipt of bad timing: he (Tom, Dempsey) is a good looking guy and mad after women, he cannot imagine himself to have a date with same women for more than 2 days. She (Hannah, Monaghan) is best friend of his, she guesses all intentions and fulfills every wish (sounds like an ad to a … wife, isn’t it?). Of course, something has to happen to open Tom’s eyes to see what a wonderful person she is and how much he cares about her, therefore Hannah goes for six weeks in Scotland, from where she gets back with a 80 kilograms luggage heavier: a fiancé, Colin (Kevin McKidd), with which she wants to marry no matter what. So she asks Tom to be her… bridesmaid.

Movie charm is less into dialogue, and more in bond, chemistry between Dempsey and Monaghan. After Enchanted, where she was “quiet”, Dempsey resorts tricks for bringing money to film. She juggles with dishes, dresses in kilt and in a scene cut out at American CNC, she undresses everything in a sport locker. Talking about Monaghan, she confirms that he has a pretty smile.

It can be spotted very easy that Dempsey is somewhere around 30 years old (actor has over 40 years) and as harder as this is to pretend that you don’t see lack of scenery inspiration, Made of Honor is a viable solution for lovers of romantic comedies, especially because July tends to lack this genre. Even more, Weiland’s movie represents last apparition on screens of Sidney Pollack, in Tom’s father role, which almost surpasses his son in adventures.

A piece of advice: if you are feminist and dream yourself in night surrounded by men, maybe it is a good idea to avoid Made of Honor. Weiland’s movie neglects this chapter, from Hannah which waits Tom for years (and for a long time you didn’t see such a misogynist hero), at other bridesmaids, one obsessed by Tom, other one obsessed to grow thin and get married (not necessary this order). Lovely and cool part are a grandmother and an aunt, but they don’t succeed to balance movie’s action.

Sarah Jessica Parker comes back to role that devoted, made her famous, Carrie Bradshow, journalist always in the search of perfect partner. Her life cannot be conceived out of her magic group of friends in which we can find: voluptuous Samantha (Kim Catrall), ingenuous Charlotte (Kristin Davies), cynic Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), and the newcomer her personnel assistant Louise (Jennifer Hudson). Together the best friends succeed to transform any sort of event, happy or bad, into an excellent occasion to go for shopping in famous stores of designers and a good occasion to talk about sex and about the men of their life. Big question stays unanswered: will Carrie marry with Mr. Big (Chris Noth)?

With stage direction and screenplay made by Michael Patrick King. “Sexn and the City: The Movie) is a romantic comedy that has shattered some good sex games and some unsuccessful too, spectacular dressing, discussions about men and again, sex.

The newest adventure begins in Sud-West desert, in 1957 – in the middle of Cold War. Indiana and his partner, Mac (Ray Winstone) just got away after a confrontation with soviet agents on a far away airport. Now, Jones – the teacher came back to Marshall College just to uncover that things are in a bad tournure . His closed partner, dean of college (Jim Broadbent), explains that his activities became very suspicious and government made pressure to take him out from university. Going to city, Indiana meets young Mutt (Shia LaBeouf) that launches a new challenge. If the archeologist helps Mutt into a problem with deep personal characteristics, Indiana will discover a new spectacular discovery: Crystal Skull from Akator, legendary object that radiates fascination, superstition and fear around.

Indy and Mutt go to the furthest corners of Peru – a land of ancient tombs, of forgotten explorers that had the courage to search in the golden city, but soon they realize they are not the only ones that started this adventure. Soviet agents too search for Crystal Skull, having as leader, cold beauty Irina Spalko (Cate Blanchett). Soviets search with excitement and without qualm legendary skull, about they think will help to made world domination much easier… if they are capable to decipher it’s secret.

Indy and Mutt find a trick to escape soviets, and to follow a path of impenetrable mysteries, to handle among friends and interest motivated enemies, and moreover try not to let the Crystal Skull come to the wrong hands.
