Sean Penn, which plays with James Franco in the movie “Milk” confessed that he was delighted by the idea of playing the role of first homosexual politician, Harvey Milk. Penn asked the producers to modify a little the script, after he saw that it had just a kiss with his partner, Franco.

He intervened and asked the director to add more love scenes, fact which stunned James.

“In the original script there is just a kiss between me and Penn. After a month, the director of the movie, Gus Van Sant, sent me another script, full of sex scenes”, said Franco.

“I told stage director <<Gus, what happened to the scenery?>>, and he said “It was Sean’s idea”, added the actor.

Hillary Swank will have the main role in “The Resident” movie. Therewith she will be one of executive producers of the cinematographic project. Swank will play the role of a doctor who is moving in a building in Brooklyn, but very soon she will realise she is not the only inhabitant and the owner follows her every move.

“The Resident” will be directed by the Irish debutante Antti J. Jokinen which is one of the scenery maker too.

Filming is programmed to begin in May 2009 and will take place in United States
