Nicole Kidman is preparing to act a new controversial role! She will produce and have the main role in “The Danish Girl”, a movie based on the real story of Danish artists Einar and Greta Wegener. Their marriage took a wrong place when Einar (which will be interpreted in the movie by Kidman) replaced a feminine model which his wife had to paint.

After the huge success of operas in Copenhaga of ’20, Greta (which will be bought to life by Charlize Theron) gives reasons for her husband to become a woman. In 1931, we are presented the sex changing operation which shocked everybody and threatened their love, Einar becoming the first transsexual in the entire world.

The movie will be directed by Anad Tucker (“Shopgirl”), and the script will be adapted by Lucinda Coxon, after the novel with same name written by David Ebershoff.

Actor Jack Black will play Gulliver’s role, famous adventurer of the british writer Jonathan Swift, into a new movie for “Travel of Gulliver” book. The new movie will be directed by Rob Letterman (“Shark Tale”) and will use a new approach for the masterpiece of the XVIII century. Black will interpret the role of a traveler who gets lost in Bermudas Triangle and gets on an island inhabited by very small people.

Filming is programmed to begin in March 2009. Swift’s book was put on screen in 1996, for television which had in main role on Ted Danson.

Jack Black could be seen recently in the comedy “Tropic Thunder”, in which he plays with Robert Downey Jr. and Ben Stiller.

Antonio Banderas is going to play the role of famous painter Salvador Dali in the new movie inspired from his life. The actor can be found in an advanced stage of negotiations with movie producers. The movie will be named “Dali and it is realized by the Media 8 Entertainment company. The scenarist of the movie is Jeremy Walters and the director is Simon West.

New production will present the way in which Salvador Dali conquered entire world through sex, sins and surrealism. We will not miss the scandals and troubles which finally caused the death of the artist.

Producers said that the movie will show also the complicated relationship which the painter had with his wife, Gala, who was his source of inspiration too.

Filming is programmed to start at beginning of 2009, in Spain and England.

The American actor and stage director, Clint Eastwood announced he wants to direct a biographical movie, inspired from the life of writer Mark Twian. Albert S. Ruddy, producer of “Million Dollar Baby”, says that Eastwood wishes very much to make a movie about one of big American classics, author of novels, “Adventures of Tom Sawyer” and “Adventures of Hucleberry Finn”.

The provisory title for the new project is “Remembering Mark Twain” and for the moment the name of the actor which will have the main role in the movie is unknown. Some sources say the Clint Eastwood will have it.

Sylvester Stallone wants to bring back again on screen the famous veteran of Vietnam war, John Rambo, for the 5^th part of the movie. At beginning of this year, Rambo came back on cinematographs with the 4^th adventure. The movie had enough success. The American star, aging 64 years old, revealed that “Rambo V” is in preproduction phase.

“We hope that Rambo will return. But we have to work at a story that deserves to appear on screens” said Stallone.

It is possible like “Rambo V” to be the last movie from the series that started in 1982, being based on characters created by David Morell in the novel “First Blood”.

The action of the four movies is centred around a veteran of Vietnam’s war, with psychic problems, which was a part of a special division, being very well trained to survive extreme conditions.

The actor Daniel Craig, the interpreter of James Bond in the new movie “Quantum of Solace” is a fan of action scenes with many bullets in the decor. “I am never scared because I repeated a lot. I just don’t go on a rooftop and then I jump from it. The jump from the bus in the movie is pretty difficult. I was the one who jumped, through a mirror, on a bus”, says Carig.

“Quantum of Solace”, the 22 Bond movie, had its premiere last week in London.

Famous actor Richard Gere regrets he appeared, with Bruce Willis in “The Jackal”. Gere considers that the movie was far too aggressive, and that he was preferring the more pacifist movies. “I don’t like violence. Looking behind I can say that “The Jackal” was a violent movie. I wouldn’t play that role again”, says Gere.
